Get ready to celebrate the holiday season with the 103rd Annual Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade hosted by the Commodores Club of Newport beach Chamber of Commerce - a spectacular event that sets the harbor ablaze with millions of lights.  The parade kicks off on Wednesday December 14 at 6:30PM at Bay Island Channel and will run through December 18.  This year's them is "Feelin' Christmas-Sea in Newport Beach."  It will be a pure blast of holiday spirit set against a brilliant backdrop, the Ring of Lights - the waterfront homes and business decorating contest, also hosted by the Commodores Club.

The infamous EGGNOG RUNS are back and ‘tis the season to view the best Holiday Lights in Orange County. Pack up the kids, warm up the cider, charge the video camera and leave the driving to us, as you relax and view whimsical displays and the extravagant light of Christmas.

Our Holiday Light Tours are custom designed to create memories that will last a lifetime for any size family or office staff. There are only few days remaining as the ORANGE COUNTY FAIR ends this Sunday, August 14, 2011. CLASSIQUE LIMOUSINES: CARMEGGEDON AND GREAT IDEAS FOR THE WEEKEND



Summer in Southern California . . . we all know what that means – street/highway construction.  Today, I drove to an appointment by St. Joseph’s in Orange and encountered a major delay due to the widening of Main Street.  But this weekend, all our nightmares come true (if the press and government entities are to be believed) ----CARMEGEDDON.

Yes, in what seems lunacy to anyone who travels our local freeways, they are closing – and I do not mean one or two lines but the entire 405 Freeway over the Sepulveda Pass.  The closure is predicted to impact every freeway in the Los Angeles area as people seek alternate routes.  Current estimates predict 25 mile gridlock on every freeway with a minimum two hour delay in arriving at your destination.

But we live in Orange County so there is no need to head north into the CARMEGEDDON of L.A.  Following are a few suggestions:

ü  O.C. FAIR – Starting July 15^th, this year’s theme is LET’S EAT!
